Our Products

R-R Spring’s industry leading staff and state of the art manufacturing equipment allow us to provide support for every stage of custom spring design, manufacturing and distribution, in order to achieve maximum spring quality and dependability. We manufacture world class springs that are used in industries such as; aerospace, automotive, consumer products, firearms, medical, industrial, and many more.

Compression Springs

Compression springs are the most common spring configuration. Compression springs are used to resist applied compression forces to store energy in the push mode. Found in many applications such as automotive, aerospace, and consumer goods.

Torsion Spring

Torsion springs are used to apply a torque or store rotational energy. Typically, they are mounted around a shaft or an arbor and must be supported at three or more points. Torsion springs are used in products such as window shades, clothespins, counterbalance mechanisms, ratchets, and various types of machine components.

Four-Slide

A four-slide, also known as a multislide, or four-way, is a metalworking machine tool used in the high-volume manufacture of small stamped components from bar or wire stock. The press is most simply described as a horizontal stamping press that uses cams to control tools. The machine is used for progressive or transfer stamping operations.

Extension Springs

Extension springs store energy and exert a pulling force. Usually, they are made from round wire and are close-wound with initial tension. Typical applications of extension springs include balance scales, toys, washing machines, and various types of spring tensioning devices.

Double Torsion

Torsion springs are used to apply a torque or store rotational energy. Typically, they are mounted around a shaft or an arbor and must be supported at three or more points. Torsion springs are used in products such as window shades, clothespins, counterbalance mechanisms, ratchets, and various types of machine components.

Wire & Flat Forms

Wire forms are designed with a wide variety of shapes to perform numerous functions. Wire forms are often used as links to carry loads with a minimum deflection, electrical resistance units, or as rings and clips to hold parts in place.
