Plating is a manufacturing process in which a thin layer of metal coats a substrate. This can be achieved through electroplating, which requires an electric current, or through electroless plating, which is in autocatalytic chemical process.

In either case, the technique results in one or several of the following benefits:

  • Improved corrosion resistance
  • Decorative appeal
  • Increased solderability
  • Enhanced strength
  • Reduced friction
  • Altered conductivity
  • Enhanced paint adhesion
  • Increased magnetism

[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Shot Peening” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]Shotpeening is one of the greatest advances in the spring industry as it increases the fatigue life of a spring. The longer fatigue life is accomplished by the following combination of effects: (1) Mitute surface irregularities are hammered smooth. (2) The wire surface is cleaned, and sharp burrs are dulled. (3) The wire is slightly hardened, which raises the tensile strength and elastic limit. (4) Most important, beneficial compressive stresses are trapped near the surface which must be overcome by the destructive tensile stresses that cause fatigue before breakage can occur.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Assembly” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]We do in house product assembly if required.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Welding” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]Welding is the process of joining together (metal pieces or parts) by heating the surfaces to the point of melting using a blowtorch, electric arc, or other means, and uniting them by pressing, hammering, etc.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Special Packaging” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]Special Packing is done is the shipping department, we will place your product in specific ways if required such as (packed on rods, layering, bagging, packed to certain count, weight or box size, ect).[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Tailored Delivery Systems” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]A Tailored delivering system is a custom delivery arrangement to fit your needs.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Consigned Inventory” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]Consignment inventory is a supply chain management strategy in which you store goods in the business unit without paying the supplier until after the goods are consumed.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Kanban” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]Is a manufacturing system in which the supply of components is regulated through the use of a card displaying a sequence of specifications and instructions, sent along the production line to insure on time delivery.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Stocking Programs” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]Stocking programs tailored to customers needs.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][/toggles][/vc_column][/vc_row]
